GoogleMonitor If you want to regularly monitor a site's position in big G, this will do it. Input the URL and keywords you're interested in, and off it goes. Save the query, run as and when needed. Another freebie.
IISLogfileAnalyzer A quick and lightweight tool for getting the basic stats out of an IIS logfile. Not the most sophisticated tool, but easy to use and free.
InstantStorm Excellent free tool for creating Windows screensavers from Flash files.
SmartFTP A modern FTP client, with more bells and whistles than you can possibly imagine. Or just use it as a simple drag 'n drop client. Free for personal use.
WebLogExpertLite A logfile analyzer for Apache servers; the lite version is free, there are pay for versions if you need to dig deeper into your logs.
