Kuler OK, this is from Adobe... an online colour scheme generating tool. Only much more sophisticated than that.
SitePoint A general web builder's site, featuring articles, tutorials, reviews, blogs, forums and the like.
StripeGenerator Here's a very specific one: a site for generating striped backgrounds. Doesn't sound like much, does it? In fact, it's pretty damn clever.
Tabber This easy to use combination of javascript and CSS can take simple HTML and turn in into a neat tabbed interface.
Typetester Here you can check how specific type settings look on screen, with total control over all the CSS typographic parameters.
VectorMagic Some high end graphics packages have bitmap to vector conversion built in, but it's a hit and miss affair; here's a resource from the boffins at Stanford which does a pretty good job - but online!
